Questions
What do I need to film?
Yourself, front-facing, in reasonable light. Twenty seconds uses one credit, and up to forty uses two. A phone held at arm's length is exactly right. Your audio is kept, so record somewhere quiet.
How long does a render take?
About five minutes for a twenty-second video. You can close the tab and come back; your render keeps going and waits for you in the studio.
Do my credits expire?
Pack credits never expire. Buy a pack today, use the last credit in two years. Subscription credits roll over one month. If a render fails, the credit returns to your balance automatically.
Can I use these videos in paid advertising?
Yes. Videos you generate are yours to use commercially, including on Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Google. We recommend a presenter-and-demo style rather than a testimonial, because a fabricated customer testimonial can create legal exposure for the advertiser.
Can I use a real person's photo?
Only if you have their written permission. Uploading the likeness of a public figure, or of anyone who has not consented, is prohibited. Our rendering provider runs automated public-figure checks and any render it blocks is refunded, but those checks are not exhaustive, so consent remains your responsibility.
Which languages work?
Any. Your own audio drives the video, so whatever language you speak is the language the presenter speaks, with your voice and your accent.
